The Winery Philippe Raoux, set in the heart of a 26-hectare park situated 25 km from Bordeaux, is a unique, avant-garde architectural complex offering a more accessible and personalised approach to the world of wine.
Its boutique offers wines from the best terroirs in France and everywhere in the world including numerous exclusivities. Taking advantage of this exceptional selection of wines, La Winery offers wine-tasting sessions with running commentary from a team of wine waiters. In addition to its thematic wine-tastings (by appellation, grape variety, vintage, etc.), La Winery also offers a truly original event which enables visitors to discover their tastes in wine – Le Signe Oenologique® (the Wine Sign). At the end of this session, all the participants discover their own wine sign and are given a personalised cellar book.
Faithful to the concept of La Winery, the Wy Restaurant, in a contemporary, airy setting, offers a refined cuisine designed to provide a subtle match of food and wine. The choice of wines by the glass is truly exceptional and includes some of the most prestigious growths.
Finally, La Winery is also a place for cultural meetings and exchange. It is home to a permanent collection of Modern Art consisting of works from some of the leading contemporary artists such as Susumu Shingu, Jan Fabre and Roy Lichtenstein. Concomitantly, La Winery organises temporary exhibitions and regularly holds shows and concerts.
