The Toulouse (Midi-Pyrénées) Short Film Festival will take place from 13 to 29 November 2009.
The festival serves primarily to promote the richness of short films, through a range of international, national and regional productions.
The festival comprises several programs to cater for a range of tastes:
- "Décalé-déjanté" (Offbeat-Strange)
- "Best of Maghreb" (in homage to the Rio Loco Festival )
- "Science-fiction"
- "Ados" (Teens)
- "Humour en court" (Comedy Shorts)
- "Enfants" (Children)
- "Voyages en Australie" (Journeys through Australia)
