What are some of your comments in regards to the program itself?
Very thorough and informative
How have you applied the new information and skills you've learned from getting certified?
Better able to sell after completing the certification course and participating in the FAM tour. Nothing takes the place of actually going there.
What other training would you like to see available for those that sell France as a destination?
In addition to visiting more of the regions, maybe specialized training in Gastronomy, wine, sport, etc.
How has this training affected your business?
I now sell France everyday !
Share some of your thoughts on the Travel Industry and how your business to France is evolving.
France will always be a world class destination and the more areas of France that agents can talk about. The more regions we will be qualified to sell. Paris is fabulous but there is so much more to see and experience.
Do you have any anecdotes from France to share?
The best dinners I have ever had in my 30 years of travel have all been in France. One cannot say too much about the joys of French food and wine. Superb !
