This cultural centre, characterised by purple schist, concrete and glass, was designed by Christian de Portzamparc and houses the Musée de Bretagne, the Espace des Sciences with its planetarium, and the library.

 The festival gourmand
10 May to 5 June: discover tasty recipes concocted by chefs in participating restaurants and take part in a prize draw! This annual event promotes regional flavours, expertise and creativity and brings together a hundred or so chefs from Rennes and the surrounding area.

 Odorico Art Deco Mosaist Artists

The exhibition traces the artistic and commercial fortunes of the Odorico family,Italian immigrants who left their native Friuli region at the end of the 19th century amid the financial crisis gripping Italy at the time.

Les Transmusicales 2010.
