theme of wine and the heritage that surrounds it. Many cellars on the "Relais
des grands vins du Languedoc Roussillon" trail are open to the public.
The appellations: Coteaux du Languedoc, Minervois and Minervois la Livinière,
Corbières, Fitou, Cabardès, Malepère, Saint Chinian, Faugères and Clairette du
Languedoc, Limoux for sparkling wine, and Lunel, Mireval, Frontignan, and Saint
Jean de Minervois for muscat. |
